What does it cost a community group or entity to obtain ICCS services?

Nothing. Due to the support ICCS receives from the State of Illinois and various foundations, our technical assistance is free.

Does ICCS determine what the needs of a community are?

Absolutely not. ICCS assists each community to determine what their own strengths and needs are, then helps community members develop a strategy to meet their goals. We take seriously our mission statement that we "help communities help themselves." As one community member said of ICCS, "They aren't saviors, just helpers."

Are contributions to ICCS tax deductible?

Yes. ICCS is registered as a 501c3 nonprofit organization with the Internal Revenue Service and contributions to the extent allowable by law.  You can make online contributions to ICCS here:
