Illinois Coalition for Community Services (ICCS) is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping communities grow throughout the state of Illinois. Our goal is to assist communities in creating indigenous grassroots organizations to identify needs, assess strengths and organize volunteers. These community-based organizations will determine their own organizational mission.
