BIO: 

Raised in Jackson County, Nicholette is pleased to serve in and around the communities where she grew up.  She graduated from John A. Logan College and Southern Illinois University Carbondale with degrees in journalism and public relations, as well as St. Louis University with a Master’s degree in organizational communication.  She firmly believes in the mission of ICCS and wants to help create change at the grassroots level.
