New Neoga Youth Center

After thousands of hours of effort and hundreds of phone calls, Lorraine Collins, a VISTA volunteer in Charleston, has finally seen her project come to fruition.  The Neoga Youth Center has been refurbished from the inside out; all with the help of local organizations and donated time from dedicated community members.  From the Masons to the Knights of Columbus, Lorraine has collaborated with local organizations to restore an old building into the new Neoga Youth Center.  Each organization donated time and materials to help with the reconstruction of the building.  Lorraine has been instrumental to the success of this project and ICCS would like to thank her for all her hard work and effort.
