March 2005 marked Maryjane's 14th year with ICCS.

 

As the Northern Regional Administrator she is based in the Rockford office and works in 5 counties working with grassroots community groups in identifying needs, assessing strengths, and organizing volunteers. 

 

She graduated with honors from Northern Illinois University with a major in Human Services and a minor in Women's' Studies.

 

She supervises 3 Community Development staff that covers 18 counties in Northern Illinois.

 

She will be teaching her twelfth semester in Community Development at Kishwaukee Community College in DeKalb County.

 

The Rockford Mayor and the City Council has appointed her to serve on the Citizen Participation Committee.

She is the President of the Greater Rockford Area Congregations and Neighborhoods Organized.
